Returns & Exchange Policy
Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Because each item is handmade with care, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Prints
All sales of art prints are final.

Why? Our prints are handmade, meaning each one is unique. Minor variations in color, texture, or alignment are a natural part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on print products.
2. Crochet Goods
We offer exchanges only. * If you are unhappy with your crochet item, you may exchange it for another item of equal value or receive store credit.

Conditions: The item must be in its original, unused condition.

Timeline: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and sending the new one.
3. Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds. By completing your purchase, you agree to our "Exchange or Store Credit" policy for crochet items and our "Final Sale" policy for prints.
4. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at specialdelivery.coffee@gmail.com with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
